We went to a consignment sale yesterday. Sabrina spotted a play vanity and promptly sat down. She played with it for almost 10 minutes before I finally decided to buy the stupid thing. She happily played with it all afternoon at home. So I’m thinking we definitely have 1 girlie girl. Tessa seems interested it only to imitate her sister and to look in the mirror and wave at people behind her.
Love the Charlie’s Angels hair flip:
And she was painting her nails just like Aunt Rusty did:
This non-Donna Reed momma made her pink heart cookies while she was napping and I believe that made it an almost perfect day in her book. I love that a betty croker mix along with some powdered sugar and food coloring can make her so happy.
She is so cute. She looks like she is taking her job of being beautiful very seriously!
I remember those days!! It’s funny both of my girls were “girlie” at that age, and now neither of them really is. You just never know. But, for now she is entertained, and that is good stuff!!!
Such a good mom who buys her daughter stuff that makes her cringe. Good for you for making Sabrina’s day. Love that sometimes its so easy to please them (because sometimes its not). Hope today is another good day!
So cute! The things we do for our little girls, huh?
If you are making pink heart cookies then I think we might be able to tell where you got the “girly girl” from 😉
The vanity set would totally hold my girls attention until Julia got a brush stuck in her hair (its a crisis at our house.)
My girls LOVE their vanity set too!!! She’s a really cutie and I too love that flip she has going on!
Love the girlie girl stuff!
Jamie adores her vanity too, and girlie make up, nail polish, pink sparkly shoes and any shoes with high heels. Ugh, nothing I care about at all except maybe some make up…So funny how they are. guess its part of growing up.
too cute!
